Roy Bailey joins the Board of ILE Homes, strengthening Strategic Leadership

ILE Homes, a residential real estate investment firm based in Dallas, is pleased to announce that Roy Bailey of Bailey Deason Capital Interests has joined its board.

Bailey brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise. He is the CEO and co-founder of Bailey Deason Capital Interests, a private equity firm focused on growth-oriented investments in middle-market companies. Currently, he serves as a strategic advisor to the Texas Stock Exchange.

Previously, Bailey was a founding partner and managing director of Giuliani Partners in New York, where he helped structure the firm in partnership with Ernst & Young and led major business initiatives in the U.S. and the Middle East. He began his career in insurance and finance, founding Bailey Insurance Associates and later co-founding Premium Finance Holdings, which was acquired by Texas Capital Bank.
Bailey has also played significant leadership roles in national finance, serving in senior finance positions for multiple presidential campaigns, and as finance chairman for several prominent public leaders and organizations. He has served on numerous civic and nonprofit boards across the Dallas community, reflecting his long-standing commitment to service and community impact.
Bailey’s appointment to the board reflects the company’s continued commitment to strengthening its leadership and delivering long-term value for its investors and stakeholders.
